The buyer must agree to foal the pregnant mare in B.C. and breed the mare back to a stallion standing the 2008 season in British Columbia.This plan is offered on a two-year trial basis and will be evaluated after that time.

In order to receive the first $500 installment the information below must
be provided to the CTHS (B.C. Division) along with conformation of #'s 2 and
3.
- All inquiries are to be made to the CTHS office in writing by the mare owner.
- Proof of purchase must be produced along with certification that the mare is/was in foal at the time of purchase.
- A legitimate receipt or invoice for shipping must be produced.
- The Buyer must obtain the signature of the stallion manager as proof that the mare has been bred back to a B. C. stallion.

In order to receive the second $500 installment the information below must be provided to the CTHS (B.C. Division)
Information required to complete the program is:

The name, address and phone # of the CTHS Member who purchased the mare

The name of the mare and the date and place of purchase

Foaling date and the date marewas bred back along with the sire bred back to.
