A total of 84 horses, 80 of them yearlings, went to the barns of some astute horsemen when the sale was completed Friday evening at Thunderbird Show Park in Langley. The sale's top buyer, Peter Rededkop spent $118,000 on Hip #94, the highest bid, from the Red Rock Farm consignment, an unnamed colt by Finality out of Remarkable Gal, making him a half or full brother to several prominent stakes winners.
Sale regulars, Nick and Pauline Felicella purchased Hip#105, an unnamed filly by Stephanotis out of the stakes winner Skyborne. The filly was purchased from the strong Canmor Farm consignment.
